Plans and limits
Every plan is the same four limits and two features with different values:

An ingestion is an upload, a content replacement or a re-ingest. One that fails on our side doesn’t count. Uploading content identical to an existing document doesn’t count either.

At a limit
Section titled “At a limit”-
Creating beyond a limit is refused: the UI says which limit and why, and the REST API answers

Nothing is ever deleted because of a limit or a downgrade. Documents, search and API keys keep working; you can still edit titles and delete.

Reading is never limited by plan. MCP calls are limited only by the per-key rate limit (600 per minute).
Payment problems
Section titled “Payment problems”If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 7 days while we email the owners. After that the organization is read-only — reads, search and MCP keep working, nothing new can be added — until the card is updated.
